Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County (Habitat CFC) builds communities and improves lives by eliminating substandard housing and creating homeownership possibilities for motivated low-income families. Since 1985 we have built over 150 homes for nearly 700 family members in our region that spans Stratford to Greenwich.
Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County™ is a nonprofit ecumenical housing ministry. We seek to build community and improve lives by partnering with low-income families in need of a place to live and with community volunteers and donors to build simple, safe, and affordable neighborhoods. Our volunteers, donors, homeowners and staff are people of all faiths. We also operate a ReStore — a retail store that accepts donations of, and then resells, furniture, appliances and building materials, both new and used.
